The upgrade system for items allows players to increase the stats on trinkets, armors and weapons. It also offers some unique effects and procs.

The effect of this glyph decreases as more units appear on the board, and the odds to negate a unit decrease.
Other glyphs could have an impact directly on map control. The glyph of Valda is one example. It increases the range of ranged units by 1. This is a significant improvement for many units who struggle with slow speed of movement (such the Marro Stinger Line or 4th Massachusetts). Growth Stones can be obtained by completing some events in the game or combining 2 of them in the Nitro Cube. They can also be earned as rewards during the Ancient Arena season.
You can apply them to your armor or weapon using the Equipment Enchanting option. You can also make them in major towns by contacting various crafter NPCs and using the right recipe. There are several different types of Growth Materials and each one can be used for various purposes. For example, Weapon Growth Stones are used to upgrade weapons and Armor Growth Stones are used to improve armor. There are also Active Skill Growth Books and Passive Skill Growth Books that can be used to upgrade your active or passive skills.
These stones resonate with specific human qualities inside you to make them stronger and more powerful. They don't make you a better or different person, but they provide you with an extra push to face and deal with any aspect of your character you want to change. It is your responsibility to make any real changes within yourself. This means changing your mindset towards the thing you wish to change. The stats of most items increase linearly when they are upgraded. However the final stats of a held item could be more than twice the value it was when it is at its maximum. For instance, a Muscle Band's attack and defense stats increase by +1 every time it is upgraded up to level 2, and when it reaches 20 it has a +15 attack and +7.5% speed.
These Item Enhancers are costly however they are essential for anyone who wants their performance to be enhanced in Pokemon Unite. It can be a huge hassle to upgrade all of the Held Items to the maximum level however, those who are determined and persevering will eventually be successful.
